All tours and services can be booked directly to SMILE TOURIST or it's appointed travel agents. Except as otherwise expressly agreed, SMILE TOURIST and it's clients agree that the terms and conditions for the services rendered by SMILE TOURIST to the clients, whether on an individual or on a tour basis, shall be governed by the General Booking Conditions set out bellow and that the said General Booking Conditions shall form an entire part of the service contract, whether verbal or written, entered into between SMILE TOURIST and it's clients.
Bookings can be made to our office by email: firstname.lastname@example.org or by facsimile (84-8) 39204235 and shall be confirmed within 1 working day.
All prices quoted to clients on our website are on a net basis and in United States Dollars (USD) and valid according to the date specified on the SMILE TOURIST printed tariffs and/or quotation and/or invoice issued to the clients. SMILE TOURIST warrants that the prices or rates quoted to the clients are correct at the time of issuance of the client's quotations and/ or invoice but are subject to changes in line with market, tax or currency fluctuation, with or without prior notice.
Reservation, deposit and confirmation:
Reservations should be directly made to our HEAD OFFICE. Upon confirmation of a reservation, a 20% (If this amount is less than US$ 100, a US$ 100 per person deposit will apply) deposit of the total is requested (full payment is required for air, train ticket reservation or hotel booking service only). Once a deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms and Conditions.
All trips require a non-refundable deposit of US$100 per person. The deposits will confirm your reservation until 30 days prior to trip departure, at which time the balance of the trip is due. If the balance is not paid in full by the due date, we will regard the booking as cancelled
The remaining balance of the tour cost (80%) is due upon arrival in Vietnam, payable at our office in Vietnam . Cash is preferred to reduce any processing fees that may affect your cost.
Except as otherwise agreed by SMILE TOURIST, client's payment shall be paid by cash, credit card, traveler’s cheques, or by telegraphic transfer.

Refund and cancellation:
All cancellation must be informed in writing either to: email@example.com by email or fax to (84.8) 39204235 . The following scale of charges will be payable depending when the notification of cancellation is received. This is general policy except peak season and/or otherwise stated
Deposits are fully refundable if the amendment/ cancellation is received by our office in Hanoi , Hochiminh or bank transfer more than 30 days in advance (but 100$US deposit is non-refundable)
No refund or reduction will be made to any member of GROUP/ F.I.T who breaks the journey from the itinerary or any part of the itinerary in Vietnam.
Cancellation fees will be levied according to the time cancellation is made.
Cancellations will be subject to the following charges:
More than 30 days prior to trip departure. No charge but 100$US deposit is non-refundable
15 -30 days before arrival: 20% charge
7-15 days before arrival: 45% charge
3 - 7 days before arrival: 80% charge
Wthin 2 days before arrival: 100% charge for hotel cost and 80% charge for tour cost
Price for children (Do not apply for air ticket):
Child under 6 years old sharing room with two (2) adults without extra bed: Free of charge
Child 6-under 12 years old sharing room with two (2) adults without extra bed: 50% of package cost
Child 6-under 12 years old sharing room with two (2) adults with extra bed: 75% of package cost
Child under 12 years old sharing room with one (1) adult: 90% of package cost
Child 12 years old and above: 100% of adult cost.
Vouchers are to be issued by SMILE TOURIST for all bookings. A copy of the clients' itinerary should be enclosed with the vouchers and should reach the clients on arrival or at the beginning of the booked arrangements. (contact us to have sample of tour voucher )
SMILE TOURIST is committed to doing it's utmost to provide the services to the best of it's capacity and upon the satisfaction of it's clients (See services in our tours). It's the understanding of the concerned parties that SMILE TOURIST acts as an intermediary between the clients and airlines, hotels, transport operators and other contractors providing the services to it's clients. SMILE TOURIST will in no event be liable to the clients, by reason of breach of services or unsatisfactory services provided to the clients by third parties or by way of indemnity or in tort or otherwise, for any loss, injury, damage, delay and change in schedule or other adverse events, which are beyond the control of SMILE TOURIST and/or sustained by an act or default of any person or company providing the services to the clients. The clients warrant that SMILE TOURIST will not be responsible and/or liable for any additional expense and/or damage incurred due to any delay, accidents, natural disasters, political changes or social unrests.
Travel insurance is not included in your tour/ hotel price. It is the passenger's responsibility to verify whether his/her local health insurance carrier provides coverage while traveling. Please contact your insurance carrier for details.
All disputes, claims and litigation regarding the services will first be settled by way of negotiations and mutual understanding. In the event such negotiations and mutual understanding fail. The disputes, claims and litigation will be finally settled by arbitration of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (VCCI). All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the end of the services.
